Kicking April’s ass!!! 

So March was an okay month but I really want to tone my body and get to running again !! 

Went out and Got a jogger stroller so my son couldn’t be my excuse (that thing is hard to push while running ) 

Doing the military inspired home workout program along with some extra strength training which I love because I miss being in the army some days and after the workout I don’t miss it as much lol !!! 😂

Starting a new support group for all others that have been joining me on this amazing health & fitness journey ! 

Oh and I’m back in a size small and 3 jeans 😁😁😁 from 207lbs to 137 in 4 months holy crap I can’t believe I did it seriously I thought it was impossible !!
