Kicking April’s ass!!!Β 

So March was an okay month but I really want to tone my body and get to running again !! 

Went out and Got a jogger stroller so my son couldn’t be my excuse (that thing is hard to push while running ) 

Doing the military inspired home workout program along with some extra strength training which I love because I miss being in the army some days and after the workout I don’t miss it as much lol !!! πŸ˜‚

Starting a new support group for all others that have been joining me on this amazing health & fitness journey ! 

Oh and I’m back in a size small and 3 jeans 😁😁😁 from 207lbs to 137 in 4 months holy crap I can’t believe I did it seriously I thought it was impossible !!

Getting in shape & Making money doing it !!!

I started my jouney in health & Fitness Solely to get my body back after having my son. What I didn’t know at the time is that just by doing it and helping others along the way I could create income while staying at home with my son. Let’s get serious !!!

So over the past two months I’ve done two rounds of the 21 day fix !!!! I’ve dropped 29lbs and fitting in my pre baby clothes back to the shape I was in while I was in the army !!! I’m loving it ! I’ve decided now that I want to kick it up a notch and start a new program not giving up the one I’m already doing just adding a second program !!! CIZE or hammer & chisel ? That I have not decided yet! CIZE is more cardio and H&C more muscle building and toning !!! I’m leaning twords the muscle building but who wants to give up a fun dance cardio program maybe I’ll have to add both !!! 

I started a new Challege group for the 21 day fix and CIZE this week were still in week 0 and have time for new challegers still!!! So let’s go get fit guys and get some amazing support and motivation along the way !!!

Mommy & ME Fitness !!!!Β 

On Friday my friend Ashley and I are running a Mommy & Me Fitness event on Facebook !!! We will be sharing videos of how to workout using your baby and lots of other stuff !!This is such an amazing thing because it is an amazing bonding experience for you and your little one but at the same time beneficial to you and your own health and fitness !!!! 

We have done this a few times and it’s great to connect with other moms in the group and I’ve made some great friends & who doesn’t like more mommy friends !!!

Cafe lattΓ©

I’m so excited today because my cafΓ© lattΓ© shakeology came and I have been waiting a month for it !!! It literally tastes like a cup of coffee and who doesn’t like coffee ?! Well while it taste good it’s also giving me all my daily vitamins, protein, and natural energy for my busy day !!! On top of that makes me not want to eat the chocolate cake in the fridge lol ! I’m loving and enjoying being a happier and healthier me and skinner too !!! The 21 day fix is also a part of me being slim again & I’m so happy about it because I was feeling so self conscious about myself before this journey !!

 When someone else in our lives tells us to do something we may do it however were not giving it all we have because we’re not doing it for ourselves. Starting a journey of health & fitness takes motivation and dedication which can only come from within!!! If you don’t want to get fit then your going to cheat on your meal plan and skip a workout & lets be real it’s not going to help us !!! When you start your challenge you have to tell your self ” IM DOING THIS FOR ME !!! ” The more you want it the harder you will push to get it !!!
